Base salary starts at $15.73/hr.

E S S E N T I A L  F U N C T I O N S

•  Performs designated office duties including basic clerical duties.
•  Demonstrates the ability to accurately complete schedules, set up appointments and access computer applications/programs.
•  Completes and maintains department inventory of rehab equipment, adaptive equipment, chargeable and non-chargeable medical supplies, wound care supplies and office supplies.
•  Participates in SBAR communication with all disciplines to promote accurate handoff of patients and patient information.
•  Other duties as assigned.

E D U C A T I O N

•  High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

E X P E R I E N C E  

•  Previous health care experience preferred.

C R E D E N T I A L S   

•  Must have current, valid Basic Life Support credential (BLS), or obtain within the first 60 days of hire and must maintain credential throughout employment with Ivinson.

•  Working knowledge of medical terms and terminology.
• Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to: a friendly personality, tact, patience, empathy and a helpful, professional attitude both in person and on the telephone.
