Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant II provides administrative assistance to the Market President of Eastern Iowa.


Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

  • Participates and possibly serves as Chairperson of the Employee Events Committee
  • Coordinates Eastern Iowa Community Board meetings and meeting materials
  • Serves as the CRST Center liaison with landlord, contractor and property manager
  • Assists Market President and Marketing Department with coordination and tracking of Eastern Iowa charitable donations
  • Responsible for Security as it relates to opening, closing procedures, cameras, and monitoring of bank access cards and keys. Completes new employee setup on BI and TI Administration.
  • Completes new employee setup on BI and TI Administration
  • Responsible for Disaster Recovery procedures and updates including serving as a floor captain for evacuation and other business continuity purposes
  • Prepares correspondence both for internal individuals and external individuals either from verbal instruction, written dictation, or electronic means with a high level of confidentiality, timeliness, and accuracy
  • Makes arrangements for meetings, assists with maintaining calendars, makes reservations, updates and maintains address book
  • Creates, gathers, and/or organizes required items for the Management Committee meetings
  • Prepares the packets for and participates in staff meetings
  • Receives and sorts mail for Market President as well as specific direct reports
  • Creates and maintains various reports and matrices for departments including Excel reports, Word reports and matrices, and charts and graphs using PowerPoint
  • Provides all clerical duties required by the Market President that may include but not limited to copying, faxing, filing, mailing, etc.
  • Provides clerical assistance, as needed, for the direct reports of the Market President
  • Coordinates travel plans and reservations for the Market President
  • Orders supplies CR Commercial Banking and for Market President, as well as subscriptions and memberships
  • Creates and delivers all expense reports for Market President
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Two-year business degree is preferred
  • At least two years of executive-level administrative experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Two-year post-secondary degree/specialized study preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Extremely proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office products

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $55,700 - $65,500
