Requirements

The Role


Drive Sales goals for our service and replacement business. This position will report to the Director of Operations with a dotted line relationship to the General Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals.
  • Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and performance KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and accountability.
  • Oversee CRM utilization, lead tracking, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dispatch to ensure alignment and smooth job flow.
  • Support recruitment, training, and professional development of sales staff.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
  • Refine and optimize sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer communications.
  • Manage customer escalations and support resolution as needed.
  • Ensure integrity and professionalism in all sales interactions.
  • Report performance metrics and business insights to leadership.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
