Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and efficient manner

- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and courtesy

- Operate hotel shuttle services to transport guests to and from designated locations within the area

- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle and report any maintenance issues

- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options

- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

- Support other front desk duties such as answering phones, processing payments, and administrative tasks

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation routes is a plus
