Your Role
The Network Operations team is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to shape and execute the strategic vision for Network Management ensuring financial stewardship, driving transformative initiatives to optimize network performance, enhance provider and member experience and strengthen governance across multiple lines of business. The Program Manager, Senior, Network Operations will report to the Senior Manager, Network Operations. In this role you will be responsible for working with the Senior Manager and Vice President, Network Operations to manage the resources that support the overall strategy and objectives of the Network Transitions and Operations team. This work includes, but is not limited to, the creation and management of processes and procedures, workflows while working with cross-functional teams to ensure effectiveness and efficiency throughout the organization

Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across departmental functions and oversee documentation for new processes and operating procedures
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of the Network Transition SharePoint site which includes all related dashboards, documents and resources pertaining to potential network terminations, ensuring the site is well-organized and easy to use for applicable users
- Ensure applicable data has been requested and tracked to support management of affected population for associated termination
- Provide necessary support for meeting efficiency including agendas, minutes and documenting accountable parties for deliverables
- Management and maintenance of the Network Transition calendar which includes provider renewal dates with associated regulatory requirements, operational timelines, ensuring pre-work and meetings are scheduled
Demonstrate proficiency in transforming raw data sets into clear, actionable analytics for use in presentations and other communication channels
- Support Network Transition team by creating and refining PowerPoint decks for internal meetings, effectively translating complex project updates into concise, visually compelling presentations for executive stakeholders
- Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of projects within the program are on schedule and meet organizational goals
- Work with Sr. Manager, Network Operations to define and track program milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on a comprehensive integrated delivery plan
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in managed care operations, provider relations or provider contracting
- Previous experience in healthcare program or project management
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with ability to compile presentations for leadership and data sets
- Must be a critical thinker, detail-oriented, exhibit exceptional communication skills in writing with the ability to track performance and deliverables understanding
- Proven capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and objectives simultaneously
- Skilled in handling highly confidential information and serving as a liaison between business leaders and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to collaborate and work strategically in a team setting with various professional, technical, and administrative staff, integrating resources in a timely and organized manner

- Hybrid (Default): Work from a business unit-approved office at least two (2) times per month (for roles below Director-level) or once per week (for Director-level roles and above). Exceptions:
o Member-facing and approved out-of-state roles remain remote.
o Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.

- On-Site: Work from a business unit-approved office an average of four (4) or more days a week.
