Starting Rate of pay: $19.44/hour
Shifts Available and Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain 100% adherence to company safety protocols.
- Conduct visual and manual inspections on every batch before packing.
- Maintain daily production targets.
- Read and interpret customer packing specification files to ensure precise and compliant packing.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to perform several tasks simultaneously.
- Must have ability to communicate (both written & verbal) and work well with all employees, at all levels, willingness to learn new processes and work with limited supervision.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat or cold conditions.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and consistently maintain the pace of their assigned team during task execution.
