Strategy Manager (d/f/m) chez Henkel group

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategy for our market segments to drive growth within General Manufacturing & Maintenance market
• Drive M&A strategy for respective markets and support with the operationalization to ensure inorganic growth 
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, including R&D & sales leadership to align strategic initiatives with overall business goals and ensure successful implementation of strategies
• Lead strategic projects, providing insights and recommendations in line with our strategy
• Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders to foster alignment across stakeholder
• Support with committee work to senior management

What makes you a good fit

• Master in business, chemistry, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience in consulting
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and proven experience in strategy development and execution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent English skills
