Finance & Operations Manager
We are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role combines financial leadership with HR and operations oversight, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on.
As Finance & Operations Manager, you will:
-  Lead financial operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. 
-  Provide executives with clear financial insights and breakdowns by product, customer, and business unit. 
-  Review and edit customer contracts, advising on acceptable terms from a business perspective. 
-  Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements. 
-  Oversee HR functions including employee onboarding, performance reviews, and recruiting support. 
-  Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, 401K, etc.) and ensure smooth administration. 
-  Organize company-wide events, including virtual all-hands meetings. 
We’re looking for someone who:
-  Has a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA or CMA preferred). 
-  Brings experience in finance leadership and HR/operations management, ideally in a growing business. 
-  Has strong technical skills in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets. 
-  Can balance detail-oriented execution with big-picture business insight. 
-  Is comfortable working closely with executives, while also rolling up their sleeves when needed.
