POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager, PMO is responsible for end-to-end project management, leveraging established PMO tools and process to manage projects from initiation to close, developing detailed project plans, leading execution, monitoring progress, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders for multiple complex projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager, PMO acts as a project management thought leader and develops relationships across teams to execute projects in a timely manner. Strong communication with project teams, cross-functional departments, outside partners, and senior leadership is essential to the success of this position.

Develop detailed project plans, dashboards, and associated project tools or artifacts as necessary to outline scope, deliverables, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and provide project visibility
Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead project execution, ensuring activities are aligned with the project plan.
Monitor project progress against the plan, identify potential issues, and collaborate with the project team, stakeholders and leadership to implement changes
Track project milestones and defined key performance indicators (if applicable)
Develop and implement risk management plans, identifying and mitigating project risks
Build project accountability by assigning responsibilities, setting expectations, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements
Communicate and report on project, issues, and risks effectively, delivering consistent project updates to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address their concerns.
Act as the primary point of contact, manage and facilitate communication and conflict resolution between project teams, stakeholders, and affected cross-functional teams
Conduct lessons learned retrospective activities to implement project or process improvements
Ensure projects meet defined standards and requirements, and complete close activities and documentation storage
Collaborate with the PMO to ensure adherence to PMO standards, processes, and templates.
Support the training of project team members on project management tools and methodologies
Contribute to the development and implementation of project management standards and practices
Develop and maintain knowledge of existing and new systems and processes used by the PMO
Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Computer Skills:
Must be proficient with MS Office / Google Suite and analyze data using Excel (spreadsheet organization, formulas, and other data manipulation)
Proficiency with PLM, project management, process mapping, and collaboration tools; Smartsheet, Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, LucidChart, Visio preferred
Certifications & Licenses:
PMP Certification required
Other Requirements:
BA/BS in Business, Food Science, Project Management, or related field
3 - 5 years project management experience
Supplement industry experience preferred
Experience with Stage-Gate development, and leading project teams cross-functionally with departments across an organization
