We currently have exciting opportunities within our Pulp & Paper Division operations for Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls Technician Students to join our teams in Saint John and Utopia, New Brunswick, for the Winter 2026 Work Term.

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect from Your Work Term:
- An optimal work experience in all aspects of the Electrical and Instrumentation trades in a safety-conscientious environment
- Assist in the troubleshooting and programming in distributed controls (DCS) and programmable controls (PLC)
- Students will assist qualified tradespeople in their day-to-day activities
- Maintain and installation of control equipment
- Preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and process improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education Required: High School Diploma, enrolled in a 3-year Electrical, Controls and Technology program and in good academic standing
- Available for full-time work from January to April 2026
- Problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Pulp and Paper or heavy industry experience would be considered an asset
