We’re looking for a Junior Colleague Experience Partner to take ownership of the efficient and effective administration of HR operational activities within our Lisbon hub. In this role, you’ll support a variety of HR functions, including managing administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, maintaining employee records, overseeing benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and more. Your new adventure:
Completion of all employee lifecycle tasks, including handling HR queries, issuing documentation, updating the HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, conducting HR inductions, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases and drives, ensuring confidentiality and security, handling data changes, terminations, and archiving while ensuring compliance with record management, security, and GDPR regulations
Administer employee benefits programs ensuring appropriate onboarding and offboarding, act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits questions.
Office tasks like distribution of mail received in the local office to appropriate departments for action

Solid organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
Fluency in English and Portuguese
