Bonaventure is in search of an Investor Relations Associate with a focus on results and a strong ability to communicate our company’s vision and progress to investors. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, you will be responsible for maintaining effective investor relations and communications. What You Will Do:

  • Support our Capital Markets, Finance and Investments teams serving as a central point of contact for individual and institutional investors and intermediaries. 
  • Responsible for all investor onboarding ensuring all documentation is received, accurate, and uploaded into investor portals for Bonaventure and its funds. 
  • Ongoing maintenance of data compliance and accuracy within investor portals. 
  • Prepare regular communications covering investment specific reporting, alerts on distributions/tax reports, general updates on the company. 
  • Coordinate with the finance and accounting teams for communication and distribution of 1099/k-1 and other tax and reporting matters. 
  • Maintain a dashboard and collaborate within Salesforce to track current and prospective investors and intermediary activities, engagement, and conversion. 
  • Communicate investor feedback to the executive team and provide management with insights and recommendations for improving communications and strengthening relationships. 
  • Develop and foster relationships across the organization to stay abreast of current events across the Company. 
  • Create a knowledge base of peer and public company information which may include investor presentations, notices, and SEC filings. Review and make recommendations for E-Team to gather relevant insights. 
  • Collaborate with Capital Markets and distribution teams on pipeline projects, and projections. 

Who You Are:  

  • An independently driven, analytical and collaborative problem solver 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field  
  • 3+ years prior investor relations experience 
  • Real estate industry and/or multifamily is a plus 
  • Series 7 or 63 licenses a plus (ability to obtain one if interested) 
  • Superior Excel skills required  
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Prior experience working closely with operating managers throughout an Organization 
  • Experience with Juniper Square and Phoenix investor portals a plus  
  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboard.
