Job Description:

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be a HR Business Partner to leaders across the business, implementing HR strategies that enable them to achieve their business goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and their leadership teams to design and deliver People Plans that align with both business priorities and the wider global People strategy.
  • Providing sound advice on HR policy, process, and employment law, including complex ER matters such as performance, absence, redundancy, TUPE and grievances.
  • Driving strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organisational design initiatives across your business unit.
  • Interpreting HR metrics and employee feedback to deliver actionable insights and shape meaningful initiatives.
  • Leading projects focused on attraction, retention, engagement, and leadership capability.
  • Acting as a coach and advisor to leaders, helping them grow high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Identifying opportunities to continuously improve our people processes, ensuring consistency, scalability and innovation.
  • Developing and mentoring junior members of the People team.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in HR, ideally as a Senior People Partner or HR Business Partner in a complex, agile, global organisation.
  • Strong expertise across employee relations, organisational design, talent management and workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to link people's initiatives to business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills - confident at presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • A problem-solving mindset - balancing best practice with pragmatic, business-first solutions.
  • Experience working across international territories.
