Pay Range: $73,686.34 to $110,529.64 

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

 

As the Scrum Master Resource Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for:

· Facilitating all Scrum events

· Coaching the Scrum Team on the Scrum methodology

· Helping the Scrum Team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint

· Working with the team to continually make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions

· Facilitating Retrospectives that lead to actionable improvements

· Reviewing backlog with product owners

· Resource planning: determine resources required to meet business requirements, goals, timeline for assigned projects

 

Qualifications:

· Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college

· At least two years’ experience in Agile Principles, Scrum Methodology, Application Design, Application programming, and Project Management

· Scrum Master certification preferred

 

Candidates should possess knowledge of the following:

· Agile Principles, Scrum Methodology

· Facilitation techniques

· Agile metrics

· Software Development Lifecycle

· Application architecture and design principles

· Project Management concepts and terminology

· Microsoft software suite of products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, etc.)

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

· Strong facilitation skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Skill in interviewing customers for insight on functionality, interface, problems and/or usability issues

· Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple activities/tasks in a rapid changing environment to meet project deadlines

· Ability to maintain confidential information

· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment consisting of both IT and non IT coworker/vendors

· Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams

· Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies

 

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.
