CardWorks Servicing, LLC provides end-to end operational servicing functions for credit cards, secured cards, and installment loans. We service consumer and small business loans across the credit spectrum and offers backup servicing and due diligence services to capital providers and trustees.
Merrick Bank is an FDIC-insured Utah Industrial Loan Bank. Merrick operates three main business lines: credit cards, recreational lending, and merchant services.
Carson Smithfield, LLC provides a variety of post-charge-off debt recovery services, including digital self-service, IVR, live agent, and external agency management.
Essential Functions:
Primarily responsible for technical administration of Archer 6.x platform
Lead the administration of the platform in areas such as user accounts, data feeds, workflow & reports access etc.
Provide development / configuration support based on technical requirements
Own Technical issue/problem resolution and request management
Provides analysis and recommendations for solutions, system design and configuration of Archer GRC as part of the Implementation team
Support the Risk Management team through development, creation, and implementation of testing scenarios and use cases within the GRC application (Archer)
Support and/or perform the ongoing configuration and support for the GRC platform
Support implementation of controls through the creation and/or update of user manuals, reports, and/or presentations, using a variety of desktop applications
Provide ongoing end user support for the GRC software across the business
Execute and document test cases
Define and configure questionnaires, workflows, forms and reports in Archer
Lead and support Archer version upgrades. Install, test and deploy new applications live in the application

Lead internal and external support and administrator resources as needed
Design and conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for stakeholders
Provide on-call support when Production issues occur
Required Skills
Experience managing Governance, Risk & Compliance software
Ability to implement and maintain software, including requirements gathering, solution design, rapid application deployment, testing, documentation, and ongoing support of platform
Ability to lead cross functional teams through project completion
Firm understanding of 3rd party system integration architecture and experience deploying integrations with other applications
Broad knowledge of Risk Management, control design, execution and monitoring
Business analysis skills and the ability to understand business process workflows – (inputs/outputs/approval steps)
Ability to communicate effectively with others (internal and external)
Good organizational skills and strong problem solving skills
Ability to effectively document business requirements, design test cases and configure software
Possess strong technical skills for creating data feeds (SQL BD queries, XML, XSLT, etc.)
Understanding of basic formula functions using Microsoft Excel
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related disciplines
2+ years of experience as Archer administrator
2nd level Archer certification
2+ years of Archer implementation and integration experience
Experience working with databases and managing multiple data feeds
Experience with developing complex reports in Archer
Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
