Qualifications

Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
High school diploma
Computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets, email)
Strong customer service skills

Schedule and Details

Full-time position – 12 months, 7.5 hours per day
Support Staff Wages are determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The starting wage is $18.48 per hour.
Provide support to students, parents, and visitors to the school including answering phones, monitoring the door, and troubleshooting the needs of visitors to the school.
Coordinate daily substitute coverage including cultivating positive relationships with building and daily substitutes as well as managing the electronic substitute portal.
