We’re looking for a dynamic Nursing Manager with Operating Room experience to lead and inspire our nursing team in delivering exceptional care.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise a large, multidisciplinary nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care in the operating room.
Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures aligned with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and safety.
Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluations for your nursing unit.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and professional development.
Advocate for patients, families, and staff while maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations.
Participate in strategic planning to drive improvements in clinical services and patient satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferred 2 years) of Operating Room experience with 3-5 years of progressive leadership in nursing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree (Nursing, MBA, or Health Administration) preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in Michigan and BLS certification required.
Skills & Attributes: Calm, collaborative leader knowledgeable about OR operations, with strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
Personal Qualities: Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for high-quality, patient-centered care.
