CTI is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex programs, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop program plans, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Monitor program progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively addressing them.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on program status and address any concerns or issues.
  • Oversee several related projects, interacting with project managers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ability to step in to manage a project's execution as needed.
  • Facilitate cross-project alignment and growth in coordination with portfolio, corporate strategic, and project leadership teams.
  • Apply corporate strategic vision toward program growth through proactive engagement with current and potential customers.
  • Support customer needs in meeting project and program requirements.
  • Support business development and bid and proposal efforts.
  • Manage program budgets and provide financial oversight to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.

 


Requirements

Location: This position is fully onsite and requires work to be performed at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. Remote work is not available for this role.

Necessary Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
  • Managed multiple complex and related projects.
  • Experience with government, military, or government contractor projects and programs.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing DoD Programs/Projects.
  • Must have an active U.S. government Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible.
  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain security clearance.

Salary range
$150,000$175,000 USD
