POSITION SUMMARY: A Registration Officer is primarily responsible for coordinating and managing the registration of individuals, events, or data within an organization. This role involves maintaining precise records, verifying information accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. They ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies while using specialized software to handle registration processes efficiently. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Welcomes visitors in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assisting applicants with the registration process
  • Handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations
  • Coordinating with other departments for seamless data integration
  • Generating reports on registration statistics and trends
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all registrants
  • Updating registration software and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Training new staff on registration procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

TRAVEL & FLEXIBILITY: 

  • Demonstrate flexibility by traveling between clinic sites to provide coverage as needed
  • Able to travel to required trainings 

SKILLS: 

  • Prior experience in a registration or administrative role
  • Knowledge of data management and record-keeping systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy AND Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and registration software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with customer service and support
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma 


Salary: Up to $20.00 hourly (based on experience & qualifications)

Employment Type: Part-Time

Classification: Non-exempt
