About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Specialist to drive Verifone’s growth across Latin America. This role is instrumental in executing digital marketing initiatives, coordinating impactful events, and managing day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and results-driven, with a strong ability to execute across multiple projects. Success in this role requires a blend of creative thinking, digital expertise, and operational discipline to ensure all marketing activities are delivered seamlessly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation (70%)

• Design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid media (Pardot, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
• Plan and manage content calendars for social media and digital channels.
• Create and monitor marketing funnels: landing pages, automation, lead nurturing, and conversion reports.
• Track key metrics (leads, MQLs, revenue/pipeline influenced) and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external agencies and design teams for the creation of local/regional materials and campaigns.

Field Marketing & Events (20%)

• Support the coordination, planning, and execution of events: trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and client meetings.
• Manage logistics, communications, promotional materials, and follow-up on generated leads.
• Work closely with the sales team to support activations and sales kits.
• Ensure ROI from field marketing initiatives and create memorable experiences for clients and prospects.

Marketing Operations & Administration (10%)

• Coordinate with local vendors and agencies, managing contracts, deliverables, and execution timelines.
• Support invoicing, budget administration, and payment tracking related to marketing activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or field marketing, ideally in B2B or technology environments.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Experience coordinating in-person and/or hybrid events.
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Languages: Native Spanish, advanced English (B2-C1), Portuguese is a plus.
• Availability for occasional travel across the LATAM region.
