The Performance and Insights Coordinator IBL placement at a glance:

An exciting learning opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic student to join the Aftersales team. Reporting to the Part Sales Reporting Manager, your key responsibilities and learning will include:

§  Utilise data driven insights to determine part sales potential

§  Enhance retailer performance through KPI measurement

§  Assist Aftersales Performance Managers with performance improvement plans

§  Support with operational topics and projects

§  Pioneer efficiency solutions for data processing and reporting


What we are looking for: 

 

Self-motivated and pro-active students who are passionate about gaining work experience. Effective communicators who can build rapport, enjoy collaborating with others and have the confidence to step up and drive change and ideas.

 

To be considered, students must be an undergraduate in their second year or have at least 1 year left of studies as of January 2026, in a Business-related degree. If you are majoring in or have completed units in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Data Science, please ensure this is clearly stated on your application, as this will be highly regarded for this role.

This is a local, contract role. You must have a valid working visa for Australia / New Zealand for the entire length of the contract, to be able to apply for this position.
