About the Team

The Digital Commerce team at Lowe’s India is an extension to the Core Digital Commerce function at Lowes’ Headquarters in Mooresville. The team in India in partnership with Mooresville, Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers for the digital business, managing day-to-day issue resolution, responding to general inquiries, and executing urgent actions on behalf of the Digital Commerce organization. The team acts as the first line of defense for any issues related to the digital workfront, ensuring Lowes.com remains operational and provides a seamless shopping experience across all digital platforms. By maintaining continuous vigilance and proactive management, contribute to delivering exceptional service and support that enhances the customer journey and upholds the integrity of our digital presence.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the execution and resolution of the Digital Commerce Support workstream by resolving assigned product and price issues, while also identifying improvement opportunities within his/her assigned area (e.g., Merchandising Divisions, Services) to improve the overall site customer experience. This includes responsibility for proactively and reactively resolving identified issues within the defined execution parameters and service level agreements, and continued education of the digital commerce business to effectively and efficiently route said issues. This role is responsible for timely and accurate execution of item-level changes on the site. Overall, this role contributes to digital commerce segments that play an important role in moving the digital business forward by driving ongoing improvements and mitigating exposure of inaccurate product and price representation on digital platforms.

I. Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

· Executes the review and resolution coordination of digital commerce issues for an assigned area of the workstream (e.g., Merchandising Divisions, Services) to improve the site experience and mitigate exposure of bad data on the site. · Operates under the established service-level agreements to mitigate negative customer exposure and provide exceptional customer service to our red vest associates. · Provides insights and data driven recommendations to the manager of his/her assigned area to improve the processes and systems to further enhance the customer experience. · Consistently monitors workstream dashboards, intake channels and customer sentiment to control the backlog and adjust prioritization, and serves on a rotation within the on-call model · Executes assigned work plans with digital commerce team and support teams, responsible for efficiently and accurately executing the appropriate change (e.g., pricing, product restriction). Ensures that this work is completed on time and raises risk and issues that could cause delays to the work. · Works as a member of a larger team.
