The Reporting Analyst II develops reporting for internal Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams, as well as external clients.  They collaborate with internal (e.g. Client Success, Finance) and external parties to design reports, answer questions and assist in resolving issues. Responsibilities also include maintaining and/or developing reporting systems, assisting in evaluating vendors, systems, and services, and working on special projects.

What You'll Do

  • Calculate, prepare, analyze and report activity to internal and external parties for a variety of agency programs and in accordance with program requirements.
  • Respond to requests for information from various internal and external parties.
  • Assist in review of escalated issues and concerns. Become familiar in use of several platforms to become a subject matter expert.
  • Maintain current reporting systems; design and development of new queries,  spreadsheets, reports, and report formats within area of responsibility.
  • Prepare and/or maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation within area of responsibility.
  • Prepare and coordinate entries in the general ledger, assist in reconcilement issues and analyzation of activity; issue checks and coordinate ACH payments.
  • Assist in special projects, evaluating vendors, systems, and services as requested.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Advanced computer skills

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $42,000 - $55,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience .
