Role Overview: The Group Head of Digital Delivery will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of digital initiatives across multiple teams and departments. This role will be responsible for driving the execution of digital projects from concept to completion, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Their expertise in delivering digital products and solutions will be vital in aligning delivery teams with business goals, ensuring quality outcomes, and creating long-term value for the organization. Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on… Project Delivery Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle of the Group’s digital initiatives portfolio, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, financial tracking and rigour, as well as post-launch support. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including business operations ,IT/IS, marketing, and the Group Digital Leadership team, to define project requirements, priorities, and expectations. Agile Methodology: Champion the use of agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of digital projects while managing scope, risks, and resources effectively. Resource Planning: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with various teams to ensure resource availability and project readiness. Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies. Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital solutions meet the organization’s quality standards and align with the overall business strategy and objectives. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement in project management processes and digital delivery. Suggest and implement new tools or methodologies to improve team productivity and project outcomes. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders regarding project progress, milestones, and challenges.
