A day in the life
Prologis is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Nashville team, with additional support responsibilities for the Central Texas markets. In this dynamic role, you’ll help shape how our brand connects with customers, brokers, and the community through creative marketing strategies and impactful events. Partnering closely with the Market Officer, Investment Officer, and supported by the Regional Marketing Manager you’ll have the opportunity to design and execute initiatives that strengthen relationships and drive results. You’ll also collaborate with our regional marketing and communications teams to craft compelling messages, elevate brand visibility, and position key initiatives and announcements for maximum impact both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop short- and long-term marketing plans targeting all audiences in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Create, coordinate, and oversee marketing materials including signage, brochures, emailers, invitations, and digital content.
- Lead digital marketing processes including content creation for Digital Property Marketing, social media campaigns, and additional tools involving cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage diverse marketing initiatives such as product positioning, branding campaigns, broker/customer events, and department activations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events–from brokers appreciation experiences to customer celebrations–ensuring each experience is impactful and aligned with strategic goals.
- Oversee and manage all asset photography and maintain marketing inventory with precision.
- Design and produce high-quality portfolio tour books, stacking plans, pitch decks, and other company-branded materials to enhance market presence.
- Partner with architectural and design professionals for site, building, and space plans, including workflow oversight of site and stacking plan maintenance.
- Work closely with Corporate Communications team and Market leadership to develop messaging, stories, and thought leadership to enhance Prologis’ brand profile.
- Design and execute Customer Experience initiatives including events, promotional items, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Support internal communication initiatives from concept through execution.
- Manage and maintain precise oversight of markets’ marketing budgets, invoices, and departmental expenses.
- Collaborate with leasing, property management, development, and capital deployment teams to meet marketing needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders (owners, brokers, politicians, contractors, vendors, analysts, etc.), actively representing Prologis at local organizations and community events.
- Provide flexible ad-hoc project support as needed
Building blocks for success
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated knowledge of a wide range of marketing functions.
- Proven project coordination/management with extreme attention to detail and high-quality execution.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into compelling messaging.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn internal corporate systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Valid driver’s license: occasional travel to portfolio properties and event locations required.
Hiring Salary Range of: $75,000 - $91,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
