We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Claims Handler to join our NI Claims team in Belfast!
If you come from a customer facing background and possess strong customer service skills, this is a great role for someone who wants a career change within a different sector.

What you’ll be doing:
• Accurate and timely completion of case notes/logs/diaries for each customer.
• Deployment of cases to appropriate and approved suppliers.
• Ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded on every call to successfully complete every case.
• Process cases in accordance with department procedures and agreed authority levels.
• Full ownership and accountability of the claims you are involved in managing.
• Support call handling activity in other areas during times of high demand.
About You:
No previous experience necessary, the important thing is that you put the customer at the heart of everything you do. We’ll provide all the training & support you need.
