Job Overview
We are seeking a Director of Franchise Sales Performance to spearhead the development, implementation, and coaching of sales systems across Bio-One and 1-800-Packouts. This role is responsible for building out the processes that franchisees use to convert leads and relationships into long-term customers—and then ensuring franchisees consistently execute those processes.
This leader will work closely with corporate operations, corporate marketing teams, and franchisees to create a high-performance sales culture at both the corporate and local levels. This position will require some travel 10-20% of the time. A minimum of four days per week in the Springville office is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Development
- Design and document the various lead sales journeys, from lead creation through closing and follow-up.
- Partner with operations and marketing to align the sales process with lead flow and customer experience.
- Refine systems based on franchisee feedback, performance data, and industry best practices.
- Training & Coaching
- Lead onboarding sales training for new franchisees.
- Provide ongoing coaching, workshops, and one-on-one support to strengthen sales skills.
- Create sales tools, playbooks, and scripts tailored to each brand’s customer base.
- Sales Culture & Accountability
- Foster a results-driven culture with leaderboards, recognition programs, and peer learning opportunities.
- Establish rhythms of accountability with weekly or monthly sales huddles and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate sales goals into overall brand growth strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing to ensure lead quality aligns with franchisee sales capabilities.
- Share insights with operations to improve field-level execution.
- Partner with corporate teams to align messaging, training, and performance targets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, business development, or multi-location sales enablement.
- Proven ability to develop and implement scalable sales systems.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to influence entrepreneurs.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing lead funnels, conversion rates, and sales KPIs.
- High emotional intelligence, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
