The Opportunity

We’re looking for a sharp and organised Audit Support Analyst to join our Sydney team on a contract through to 31 March 2026. This role is key to supporting external audit processes by coordinating documentation for premiums and claims samples, tracing transactions across systems, and helping deliver high-quality balance sheet reconciliations. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring audit evidence is accurate, complete, and delivered on time enabling smooth execution and regulatory compliance.

You’ll act as the bridge between auditors and business units, working closely with teams across Finance, Claims, and Customer Service to gather and validate documentation. Your ability to manage competing priorities, follow through on audit requests, and resolve blockers will be essential to keeping everything on track. Clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships will be central to your success.

Beyond day-to-day coordination, you’ll contribute to process improvements by identifying ways to streamline sample collection and reconciliation workflows. You’ll maintain detailed tracking, support post-audit reviews, and ensure all activities align with internal policies and risk protocols. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working across teams to deliver results, this role offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
