Who You Are

TAG is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Digital Marketing Manager to work at the epicenter of Georgia’s technology community. This individual will be responsible for managing execution of TAG’s marketing strategy and producing high-quality copy and creative assets to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at project management, and is eager to grow into a leadership role. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by both creative execution and the chance to play a key role in building TAG’s marketing function, with visibility that extends well beyond Georgia.

 

TAG drives innovation among Georgia’s technology community, inspires tech leaders and fosters inclusivity through our foundational pillars – Connect, Promote, Influence and Educate – to a growing community of 30,000+ members. This role will support the larger brand awareness and storytelling efforts to reinforce Georgia’s position as a global hub of innovation.

                                                               

What You'll Do

  • The Technology Association of Georgia’s Digital Marketing Manager must have experience in the following areas:

     

    Creative Asset Development

    • Design and produce high grade, professional marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
    • Deliver campaign and event creative (digital, print, social) on deadline.
    • Apply and maintain TAG’s brand standards across all platforms and collateral.

     

    Marketing Execution & Campaign Delivery

    • Execute social, email, and campaign deliverables that align with TAG’s marketing priorities.
    • Own design and creative production for digital and print assets, ensuring quality and consistency.
    • Manage content updates on the TAG website and maintain the editorial calendar.
    • Support vendor coordination and oversee project-specific needs (e.g., printing, collateral).

     

    Communications Support

    • Work with leadership to refine messaging and ensure clarity in all external communications.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce TAG’s weekly email newsletter, TAG Top Picks.
    • Create and maintain templates and tools for digital and print communication.

     

    Project Management

    • Highly organized, with ability to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Maintain detailed project timelines and proactively flag risks to the Senior Director.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure assets are delivered on time.

     

    Growth & Leadership

    • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and streamline campaign execution.
    • Take on increased ownership of channels and campaigns over time.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency with graphic design tools, including Canva, Adobe InDesign, and related platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and present results clearly.
  • Process-oriented, with excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience developing and executing digital content strategy, including email newsletters and awareness campaigns.
  • Ability to track and report KPIs across social, email, and web platforms.
  • Experience creating social media content and strategy, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with WordPress or other CMS platforms (required)
  • Strong MS Office skills, including advanced PowerPoint abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to contribute to team projects with a “whatever it takes” attitude and approach.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or similar
  • Experience: 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably with startup or nonprofit experience with a small, resource constrained marketing team.
  • Portfolio Submission and Graphic Design Test will be part of interview process.
