Responsibilities:

As a Technology Analyst Intern, your role involves understanding agents’ daily environments, identifying technology and data-driven opportunities to enhance the agent's experience, and representing agency needs in the digital footprint. You will influence design decisions across multiple products or systems, applying critical and creative thinking to achieve strategic goals, while relying on real-world data to guide outcomes. This position is ideal for those passionate about cutting-edge technology and improving the agent's experience.

 

The Tech Capabilities Team plays key part in our team’s mission to explore and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance the agent's experiences across platforms and products. These initiatives are designed to streamline operations and empower our agents to provide a superior, comprehensive experience for our customers.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a Business-related field, such as: Business Strategy, Strategic/Organizational Communication, Business Administration & Management, AI/related technologies, Management Information Systems, Project Management.
  • Viewed as a role model and leader among peers with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience navigating ambiguous and/or complex situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues/opportunities as well as recommend actions to take.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and curiosity, combining resilience with a passion for success.
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others, especially in finding creative solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, resilience, initiative, and creativity.
  • Applies relevant AI, insurance industry, and marketplace knowledge when making business decisions.
  • Passion for enhancing agent office processes through technology.
  • Product experience including product discovery, user experience design, and analytics.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to generate business requirements to influence business decisions.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, encompassing oral, written, listening, and presentation abilities.

 

Summer Internship Dates:  6/01/2026-8/07/2026

 

Pay:  $22.00/hour.  In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!

 

Hours: 
Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.

 

Work Arrangement:
Selected interns should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Please note that relocation benefits will not apply.

 

  • Hub Location(s): Bloomington, IL; Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ

 

Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship. This is set for Bloomington, but the business partner may be open to candidates in hub locations.
