Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide support for the coordination of multiple facets of Human Resources management including recruiting and onboarding, benefits and total rewards, communications, engagement programs and activities, and the Culver’s uniform program.
Essential Functions:
Own and Support Key Deliverables in Recruiting and Onboarding Efforts
- Own the team member onboarding processes and schedules
- Ideate and implement process improvements in onboarding efforts to improve effectiveness and drive efficiency
- Assist with key functions in the recruiting process including, but not limited to, posting positions, scheduling interviews, conducting facility tours, coordinating travel arrangements, communicating with candidates and administering the background check process
- Assist with candidate screening and communications
Support Benefits and Total Rewards Program Administration
- Support new team member enrollment process and organization annual open enrollment process through preparation of materials, promoting the process, conducting follow up with team members, answering questions and tracking progress
- Support billing and reconciliation efforts by preparing reports and researching issues
- Provide support in the daily administration of leaves, COBRA, FMLA, wellness program and other benefit-oriented functions
Develop and Deliver Human Resources Communications
- Draft, edit, finalize, and/or deliver communications from the human resources function to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and optimize communication channels and explore effective delivery options
- Monitor and respond to inquiries via departmental support email systems
- Develop and prepare presentation deck content for training and meeting content
Coordinate and Oversee Various Team Member Engagement Activities and Programs
- Schedule and coordinate connection events and communication forums ensuring stakeholders have a positive experience
- Promote and administer ticketed event sign-ups ensuring fairness and equity
- Manage and oversee the service award, recognition, holiday and retirement gift, and other important team member lifecycle events to deliver positive impact and celebrate team members
- Play an active and integral part of the Spirit Committee, Summer and Holiday Parties, and other key events in the community at Culver Franchising System in planning and executing activities to ensure optimal experiences
Manage and Administer the Team Member Uniform Program
- Collaborate across several stakeholder groups to administer uniform program support and vendor relationships
- Participate in cross-functional new design and offering processes, testing efforts and the ordering process
Provide Overall HR Function Support
- Support HR Leaders in various deliverables associated with training and development
- Provide basic technical support for human resources systems
- Complete unemployment and wage verifications
- Aid with year-end and quarter-end filing and reporting
- Support team member offboarding processes
- Participate in projects and program administration as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Human Resources or related business field
- 1-2 years of experience supporting HR functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong planning, process improvement, and critical thinking skills
- Advanced communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly collaborative, strong teamwork orientation
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred
- SHRM-CP preferred

Starting Pay Range: $24.00 - 26.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Classification: Non-Exempt, full-time position.
