Inside Sales Executive – Tax Relief (Phoenix → Chandler)
Guardian Tax is leveling up in Arizona, and we’re looking for closers who want to cash in and have fun doing it. Our Phoenix office is buzzing with inbound calls, and in mid-October we’re moving into a brand-new, bigger Chandler space. Picture this: Monday onboardings that get you earning fast, Friday lunches that keep the team tight, and monthly events that make the wins even sweeter. Pair that with 15% commissions and stacked bonuses, and you’ve got a career—not just a job.
What You’ll Do:
- Run consultative phone calls with high-intent inbound leads.
- Educate, present tailored solutions, and close deals confidently.
- Hit goals, exceed them, and rack up bonuses.
- Work closely with Case Managers and Enrolled Agents for client success.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Documented top producers—quota crushers and leaderboard regulars.
- Competitive and coachable—you take feedback and get sharper.
- Fast on the phone, empathetic, and confident.
- Energized by the chase, motivated by money, and ready to perform.
- Must commute to Phoenix now and to Chandler once the new office opens.

The Details:
📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ now → Chandler, AZ mid-October (in-office only).
🗓 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM + one half-day Saturday/month.
💸 Compensation: 15% commissions on closed deals + daily, weekly, monthly bonuses.
