Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. The Job:
OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Paid Search
OMG23 is looking for a Coordinator, Paid Search to support campaign planning, execution, and optimization across Google, Bing, YouTube, and other platforms. You’ll help manage day-to-day campaign tasks, track performance, and make sure your search strategies deliver results.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, traffic, and manage paid search campaigns across Google and Bing Ads, YouTube and search tools
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance daily—implementing optimizations as needed
- Pull data, build reports, and analyze results to spot trends and opportunities
- Manage billing, insertion orders, and campaign documentation
- Conduct competitive research and share insights with the team
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Experience or interest in digital marketing; paid search a big plus
- Excel proficiency required
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
- Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
- Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
