We’re currently seeking a Virtual F&I Manager to join our team and help lead the charge into the digital future of automotive sales.

About the Role

In this fully remote position, you’ll oversee and execute 140+ deals per month, with minimal administrative burden. You’ll be backed by an onsite administrator at each dealership who coordinates virtual customer interactions via Zoom, allowing you to focus on delivering a seamless and high-performing F&I process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct the full F&I process virtually, including presenting and selling Long-Lewis warranty and financial products using Zoom.

  • Manage and complete all digital contracts, electronic signatures, and necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate with onsite dealership administrators to maintain an efficient customer flow and ensure timely Zoom meetings.

  • Provide a professional and engaging experience for every customer, building trust and driving conversions.

  • Maintain a flexible working schedule, primarily between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday availability as needed.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in F&I management within the automotive industry.

  • Strong proficiency with Zoom, digital contracting tools, and other online platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly guide customers through the virtual F&I process.

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, independent work setting.

  • Flexibility to adapt to variable schedules and dealership needs.
