Pay Rate: $58,656 - $67,184 (Education & experience dependent)
Status: Full Time
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Travel required & includes mileage reimbursement

The Quality & Compliance Coordinator supports the organization’s quality management and compliance initiatives by managing EHR data, generating reports, monitoring regulatory adherence, and providing actionable insights to leadership. This role ensures accurate data collection, supports quality improvement projects, facilitates compliance activities, and helps maintain organizational standards, safety, and regulatory compliance across all programs.
Quality and Compliance Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare compliance, quality management, or regulatory affairs strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations applicable to healthcare and behavioral health programs (including HIPAA/42cfr).
- Experience with EHR systems and data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Airtable) preferred
- Experience in SQL or other data querying tools preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite product required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- 2-5 of experience preferred
Quality and Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage patient satisfaction surveys: Assess the quality of surveys and implement changes as needed to ensure accurate data collection. Download survey responses from the SurveyMonkey platform, distribute them to program managers, and assist with quality analysis to support program evaluation and improvement efforts.
- Value Based Reporting: Manage the value-based reporting process for various third-party entities, overseeing data collection and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for organizational fiscal improvement and enhanced patient outcomes
- Quality Assessment Reporting: Assist in developing and maintaining the organization’s quality program reporting using data management tools, primarily Excel, including the creation and updating of corporate “Tally Cards” and program-specific ancillary data Tally Cards.
- HubSpot Management: Oversee the event creation process in HubSpot to ensure the electronic distribution of patient surveys and the coordination of organizational post-discharge follow-up activities.
- Quality Meetings: Serve as the point person and facilitate quarterly quality meetings with all programs to review performance data and address programmatic and operational questions.
- Compliance Tracking: Maintain and monitor compliance using ASANA project management boards, including tracking licenses, certifications, and other credentials. Collaborate with programs to ensure timely responses to compliance requirements, verify that all certifications are up to date, and prevent lapses in compliance.
- Investigation Support: Serve as a backup to the Director of Compliance in managing the grievance and investigation processes.
- Data Reporting: collect, analyze, and visualize clinical and operational data using tools such as Power BI. Identify and report on trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights to drive quality improvement and ensure compliance across programs.
