The position is full-time (Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm) with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Community Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to the Community Association Manager and assist with event-related tasks. This role ensures seamless day-to-day operations of the HOA office, delivers outstanding service to residents, and contributes to the successful execution of community events. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, positivity, strong technical skills, and a passion for fostering a welcoming, well-managed community.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet residents and guests; respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
· Process amenity and gate access cards, Guest passes, and event ticket sales.
· Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, reports, minutes, and community communications.
· Support the ACC process by managing submissions, tracking progress, and notifying residents of outcomes.
· Maintain resident databases, HOA documents, and community records.
· Assist the Events Committee with calendars, flyers, newsletters, purchases, and entertainment.
· Coordinate work orders and communicate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff as directed.
· Provide on-site support at Board meetings and community events as needed.
· Monitor office supplies and equipment.
· Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations of the community.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· 2+ years administrative support or customer service experience preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
· Familiarity with Canva, Caliber software, and basic website updates is a plus.
· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
· Handles confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
· Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
