Position Overview:
The Manager, Revenue Management provides critical support through analyzing, measuring, and guiding membership business performance. This high impact role provides direct financial and operational support to senior decision makers, and will partner with key stakeholders within Marketing, Finance, Account Management, Operations, and IT.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ROI models to determine marketing effectiveness, and understand the key drivers that drive profitability
- Develops new dynamic models while maintaining complex existing models using Excel, Alteryx, Hyperion, and Tableau (SME across all technology platforms)
- Serve as subject matter expert on internal financial reporting tables, including understanding nuances and effectively querying data from databases
- Build and maintain reporting on pricing increases, price elasticity, product margins, etc. and effectively communicate those insights to drive business decisions
- Provides critical monthly variance analysis and clearly demonstrates the operational drivers behind performance, comparing actuals vs. forecast, budget, and prior year
- Partners with key business owners to prepare annual budget presentations and monthly forecasts
- Prepares, analyzes, and continually enhances critical reporting for executive review, including Partner P&Ls, Customer P&Ls, Retention, Cancels, and Pricing Analysis
- Collaborates with Senior leaders to ensure operational goals are being met through P&L variance analysis, financial trends, and KPI reporting
- Consolidates and prepare monthly business review packages for senior management each month
- Supports on-going initiatives to automate, improve and streamline the analysis and reporting process; develops exception reporting, builds quality controls, and offers insights and improvements on data discrepancies

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field
- 6+ years of relevant business analytics experience
- Demonstrates career progression in prior roles
- Expert in Excel and financial modeling
- Experienced with reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL
- Demonstrated success building, maintaining, and governing analytical models
- Able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels, including presenting ideas and analysis to senior management
- Well organized, detail oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing concurrent tasks
- Able to work effectively in a team setting, including being receptive and objective when encountering diverse points of view
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Salary Range (Norwalk): $120,000.00 to $140,000.00
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
