Position Overview:

Peco Foods is seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist to join our Corporate HR team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across the organization while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders. The Senior Recruiting Specialist will bring expertise in full-cycle recruiting, provide guidance on best practices, and help drive talent acquisition initiatives to meet current and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural and skills alignment with organizational needs.
  • Lead Peco Foods’ internship program including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing program evaluation to ensure a high-quality experience for interns and positive business impact for the organization.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Facilitate and continuously improve the employee onboarding process ensuring new hires have a positive experience and the tools needed for long-term success.
  • Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives at Peco Foods’ corporate office, including recognition programs, culture-building activities, and feedback processes to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
