Open Roles
Electrical Foreman
Lead and manage a 2–6 person crew.
Plan daily tasks, materials, and inspections.
Read and interpret plans/prints; lay out rough-in/trim; ensure NEC/code compliance.
Coordinate with GCs and other trades; keep projects on schedule and ready for inspections.
Provide daily closeout updates, photos, and brief documentation.
General Electrical Crew (Electricians/Apprentices/Helpers)
Install conduit, panels, pulls/terminations, devices, and lighting.
Assist with rough-in, trim, testing, and troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean, safe worksite and follow Foreman direction.
What You Bring
Foreman:
Journeyman license/certification (or equivalent experience).
Strong NEC/code knowledge and proven crew leadership.
Crew:
1+ year field experience (apprenticeship or vocational training a plus).
Ability to read basic schematics/prints and safely use trade tools.
All Candidates:
Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Physical & Safety Requirements
Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; climb ladders; work at heights and in confined spaces.
Work outdoors in all weather with PPE and fall protection.
Dependable attendance; drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
