HSS is currently seeking an Assistant ExecutiveHousekeeper (AEH) for our client hotel located in the downtown Seattle, WAArea.
The AEH has responsibility and accountability for onsite Housekeeping operations. Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards along with budget objectives. In addition, maintaining a professional and effective relationship with property management. An Assistant Executive Housekeeper must ensure company mission statement and values are followed, with the best interests of the company, its employees and customers as his / her motivator.
Duties andresponsibilities
QUALITY
• Developand maintain a high standard of excellence at the site
• Establishand monitor site goals
• Ensuresite contractual obligations, company policies, standards and procedures arefollowed
• Inspectunits and complete the required amount of report cards per week
• Beknowledgeable of carpet cleaning procedures / equipment of each site
• Monitorand strive to improve site quality scores and report monthly scores (RCI, II,Internal) to management
• Trainingand developing of staff, both existing and new recruits
• Assigntasks to staff and inspects completed work for conformance to standards
• Monitorprogress of MIT candidates
• Recruit,hire and train qualified employees
• Ensurea safe working environment at site and office
TIMELINESS
• Planwork schedules to ensure adequate service
• Trainall employees to monitor daily progress and complete tasks on time
• Willingand able to perform any and all duties related to site operation
• Ensurea sense of urgency exists at each site so that units are turned on time
• Ensureall weekly reports are completed in a timely manner
• Arrivepromptly for work and for all appointments and meetings
BUDGET
• Assistand give feedback of site budgets as necessary
• Recommendsalary adjustments for staff as per company guidelines
• Maintainadequate inventory and equipment supplies
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Buildprofessional relationship with resort management and other key members of theresort staff
• Beapproachable and always follow up
• Createstrong, positive customer relations
• Troubleshootand problem solve to meet customers needs
• Investigateand resolve issues related to personnel
• Beknowledgeable of the complete resort
• Solveguest complaints promptly

• Manualdexterity to operate computer keyboard, calculator, copier machine, and otheroffice

• Mustbe legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Mustbe 18 years of age or older

Compensation
Thepay range for this position is $74,000-77,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.
