PwC
Services Portugal (PSP) is a joint venture between PwC Luxembourg and PwC
Portugal, serving as an integral extension of PwC Luxembourg. Our growing team
operates as an acceleration center supporting PwC Luxembourg’s clients.
Leveraging a unique pool of talented professionals based in Matosinhos, our
operating model ensures scalability, consistency, and quality in service
delivery by integrating seamlessly into PwC Luxembourg’s operations and
addressing talent attraction challenges sustainably.
PSP
provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all
industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader
Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and
Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real
Estate Valuation).
Your
mission:
As a Talent Attraction Associate, you
will support our dynamic Talent Attraction team based in Luxembourg. In this
role, you’ll be a key contributor to identifying and engaging top talent through
creative sourcing strategies and compelling employer branding efforts. By
working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders,
you’ll help build
robust talent pipelines and influence how our firm is represented in the
market.
You’ll be
part of a collaborative team of problem solvers with strong expertise in talent
acquisition, dedicated to attracting exceptional professionals who will drive
our business forward. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies and ideal candidate profiles;
- Sourcing talent via online platforms, events, and creative channels to attract high-quality active and passive candidates;
- Engaging with potential candidates through calls, emails, and networking tools to assess interest and fit;
- Screening candidates and recommending top profiles based on job requirements to Talent Acquisition Partners;
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and future roles;
- Coaching and supporting internal business sourcers with sourcing tools and best practices;
- Acting as an ambassador of our employer brand throughout all candidate interactions;
- Conducting market research to track industry trends, talent availability, and competitor insights;
- Coordinating and participating in job fairs, university events, and other recruitment activities to enhance our talent pipeline;
- Contributing to sourcing and attraction projects aimed at innovation and continuous improvement;
- Maintaining and updating internal data systems and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
- Prior experience or strong interest in sourcing, employer branding or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment;
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and digital sourcing techniques as well as MS office suite tools;
- A curious and analytical mindset, always seeking to understand talent trends and improve strategies;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team with a results-driven approach;
- Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese. French or German are considered as a plus.
