About The Role

The Enrollment Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for subscribers while supporting partner outreach initiatives. This position involves direct communication with subscribers, data entry, research to identify potential partnerships, partner lead generation, and occasional participation in community events. The Enrollment Coordinator will also be responsible for responding to subscriber requests promptly and ensuring all inquiries are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.


The Enrollment Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for subscribers while supporting partner outreach initiatives. The Enrollment Coordinator will also be responsible for responding to subscriber requests promptly and ensuring all inquiries are resolved efficiently. Salary will vary depending on your location and job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to current and prospective subscribers.
  • Respond to subscriber inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain critical documents and information within the internal CRM system.
  • Record key takeaways and action items from subscriber interactions to ensure thorough follow-up and high-quality service.
  • Perform accurate data entry and management of subscriber and partner information.
  • Conduct research to identify potential partners and new outreach opportunities.
  • Assist the community engagement team by attending community events as needed.


  • Required Qualifications
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to Detail: Careful and precise with data and documentation, able to identify and track recurring issues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled at addressing challenges and finding efficient solutions.
  • Collaboration: Able to work effectively as part of a team across departments.


  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Studies/Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with community solar programs.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in non-profits, community organizations, or customer-facing roles.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Language Skills: Multilingual communication skills, with Spanish strongly preferred.
