Job Description
With our international Next Generation programs, we shape the customer relationships of tomorrow in Group Marketing & Communications. To this end, we are looking for a communicative personality who will connect young customers worldwide, organize inspiring global events and further develop our programs with energy and organizational talent.
Your tasks
Planning, organisation and implementation of international events and training programmes (Next Generation Programme) with a focus on financial and succession topics
Further development of the Next Generation programmes in terms of content and concept as well as further development and maintenance of the global alumni community
Collaboration in projects related to wealth transfer and intergenerational client relationships
Support and further development of the digital exchange platform including content management
Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders worldwide
Requirements
Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's degree) in marketing, communication, hospitality management or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in marketing, event or hospitality management – ideally with an international focus
Strong communication skills, confident appearance and enjoyment of contact with international customers
Very good organizational and conceptual skills as well as hands-on mentality
Excellent English skills; German and other languages are an advantage
High level of initiative, team spirit and identification with LGT's values
Flexibility and willingness to travel for assignments of several weeks at home and abroad
Interest in long-term development within LGT
