Key Responsibilities

Impactful client delivery 
  • You analyze, interpret, and synthesize qualitative data from online communities, interviews, and group discussions to uncover deep consumer insights. 
  • You collaborate closely with local moderators and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality data collection. 
  • You collaborate with (senior) team members to come up with compelling conclusions and recommendations for clients. 
  • You are eager to move projects forward. You assist in the planning, set-up and management of qualitative projects, with support from senior team members. 
  • You actively use AI to work more efficiently and effectively. You learn how to use AI in a business relevant way, to contextualize your work and add value to the client. 
  • You understand how to use behavioral frameworks and models. With guidance you know how to apply these in your analysis and reporting. 
  • You gain experience by presenting internally and support in client presentations. 

Account and commercial management  
  • You gain experience with and exposure to clients by supporting senior consultants with project related tasks and communications. 
  • You have a good understanding of the client’s needs and business objectives, you dare to challenge and think along. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • A Masters Degree in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics).
  • Curiosity and Eagerness: A desire to learn and understand complex human behaviour.
  • Attention to Detail: Carefully handle data and research materials.
  • Communication: Clear and pro-active communication within the team and towards clients.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and rapidly evolving industry.
  • Analytical: A high affinity with data interpretation and analysis.
  • Innovative: Actively experimenting with AI, eager to learn and use new technologies to bring added value for the client.
