IMT Residential is looking for a skilled Service Technician (Maintenance Technician) to join our team at IMT Germantown—a vibrant 276-unit luxury community in the heart of Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood. An EPA 608 Certification is highly preferred for this role.

As a Service Technician (Maintenance Technician), you’ll play a vital role in creating that experience. You’ll keep our community running smoothly, ensure our property shines inside and out, and provide residents with the kind of service that makes them feel at home.
What You’ll Do:
Bring your skills to the table by diagnosing and solving maintenance challenges in apartment homes, common areas, and property exteriors—from plumbing and electrical to HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and pools.
Use your IMT-provided tool set to tackle hands-on projects with confidence.
Get apartments move-in ready, ensuring every new resident’s first impression feels like “welcome home.”
Maintain our beautiful property grounds so curb appeal wows residents, prospective residents, and visitors alike.
Take on special projects and collaborate with your Service Manager and Community Manager to keep our community at its best.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, or a related field.
Strong hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools, and more.
A problem-solver with a positive attitude and a growth mindset—you’re always ready to learn and expand your skills.
A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills.
EPA Type II or Universal certification and/or CPO certification (a big plus!).
Comfort with tech tools like Outlook and SuiteSpot—or the willingness to learn.
Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations with your team to handle emergencies.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
