To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

  • Knowledge and experience in managing and delivering a number of projects at the same time, meeting deadlines, quality standards and cost parameters, within a large complex organisation.

  • Demonstrated ability to inform, engage and coordinate with internal / external stakeholders such as consultants, stakeholders and contractors in a high volume work environment.

  • Thorough technical knowledge of all construction / professional disciplines conversant with the Victorian Building Regulations, Work cover, Occupational Health and Safety and other relevant standards.

  • Ability to manage the performance of contracts, programs and projects and effectively deliver results on time, and within budget for more than one project at a time.
