What’s the role?
You’ll be supporting some of Australia’s most impactful healthcare businesses—think hospitals, aged care providers, and specialist clinics—helping them grow and thrive. Based in Barangaroo, this full-time role spans both the Westpac and St George brands, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering smart, tailored financial solutions. You’ll be part of a team that values deep industry knowledge, fresh thinking, and genuine care.
What do I need?
- Strong commercial lending experience, including complex deal structuring
- Advanced credit skills—cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and risk assessment
- Proven ability to build and grow client relationships, with a focus on business development
- A well-established network of referral sources and the confidence to expand it
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but not essential—your expertise and mindset matter most
