This is an hourly position
Job Responsibilities:
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Maintain, monitor and operate equipment including, but not limited to, front end loader, fork lift, tractor and yard mule as required with regards to safety, sanitation and maintenance
Perform general housekeeping duties: sweeping, compressed air cleaning and clean work area
Work cooperatively with management and co-workers
Any other duties assigned by supervisor or lead person

Work rotating shift of 8, 10 or 12 hours including weekends, holiday and overtime as needed
Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
Maintain attendance record in accordance with company policy
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: Prolonged periods of standing, working at various heights, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in a variety of conditions ( hot, cold, etc.)
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Schedule requirements: First season of the year is seed March-May. Second is harvest October-December. First season takes a good 10 hours for 5 days 7am-6pm. (Monday - Friday) Second season takes 7 days of the week during this 7 days I have to pick one day for them to reset their time/be off, it may be days that they have to work long hours it all depend on customer demand. The rest of the months is 40 hours subject to change any time.
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
$17.50 Hourly
