This is a Fixed-Term Maternity Cover role.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Project managing our Enterprise level clients in the UK and delivering the implementation with the support of the BG Implementation Specialist for the technical setup
- Supporting sales, acting as a solutions engineer and be able to help and advise clients
- Creating tailored implementation plans and Gantt charts to present at client meetings and sales pitches during the implementation process
- Aligning innovative strategies with our technology solutions - Providing creative and customised solutions to meet clients’ individual needs within the scope of our product’s capabilities and the solutions on the client’s contract
- Designing and delivering presentations on proposed solutions
- Ensuring all projects are delivered timeously in accordance with project timelines and service start date in our T&Cs
- Bring focus to a client’s decision-making process by communicating and evaluating solution options
- Working with Clients to determine the most appropriate implementation and launch plan
- Acting as a Client Champion during the implementation process
- Maintaining client relationships during projects
- Testing and troubleshooting final system setups on delivery and implementation/project plans for projects
- Working with the Sales and Service team to help them understand the technical details in each implementation
- Ensuring customer database (Salesforce) and GuideCX are accurate and up to date
- Developing an excellent technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities
- Maintaining and continually improving our Demo Hubs
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
- Proven successful client-facing and/or project management experience
- Proficient communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise with good time management skills
- Adept at building rapport and dealing confidently with stakeholders, successfully building internal and external relationships
- Proven ability to work independently whilst being team-oriented, collaborating comfortably with different teams in the business
- A willingness to invest time and energy into learning new things and developing your skills

- First Interview with Enterprise Implementation Team Manager & Head of Implementation (BG)
- Final Interview with Enterprise Director
