You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders across the company. Work duties will encompass a broad range of engineering aspects to support design and analysis as well as offering the potential for field engineering support of construction activities for both capital improvement and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative learning manner to foster growth and development of individuals, programs, and the company. There is the potential for involvement with innovative projects using state of the art techniques and methodologies. Requires constant collaboration on multi-functional project teams to assist in the successful completion of projects big and small.

- ABET accredited Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or its equivalent in technical training with an EIT certificate

Hiring Range: $65,410 to $84,379
Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane, Washington headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with additional day(s) determined by the manager.

In compliance with state laws, we provide the full salary range for each position, along with the typical hiring range based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
